Crowthorne Heating Co. Ltd fitted a new Johnson & Starley warm air boiler in my home but didn't test it properly and when I used it, it wouldn't stop ! They hadn't connected the thermostat correctly. That was dangerous, yet no apology when they came to fix it. A new grille fell away from the wall, they put it back but it was then crooked. They drilled through an electrical cable to a light switch, replaced the cable, reconnected the switch but the lights didn't then work correctly. As for the patching up of holes left by the old boiler, I could have done a better job with a knife and fork. In the loft, they had to move a loft aerial, they just chucked it out the way and broke the lid on my water tank. And then when I hadn't paid the account of nearly £7000 within 2 weeks I was sent a further £50 invoice for late payment.
In regard to your reply, the fact that there were so many faults after you had completed the work speaks for itself. You should have tested the installation properly before you left.
As for the damaged water tank lid, your engineer took the broken lid off and turned it around so that the damage could not be seen. It only fits one way round so was just propped up on its side allowing muck to get into the tank.
I received your invoice the second day your crew were on site, long before the work was completed.
I take your unnecessary comments about my radios very personally, obsessive behaviour indeed. That is very unkind and has nothing to do with the installation of the boiler.
The fitting of this boiler was the first step in the complete overhaul of my house and yes the decor isn't very good.
No apologies, just more unpleasantness, personal remarks and nastiness. I've lost a lot of sleep worrying about the work you have done.
Looking through others' feedback here I'm not the only one who has had problems with your workmanship and the way you treat your customers.
I have removed my subjective remarks, the facts remain.
