Great customer service! I would highly recommend Alpine bikes store. I had a flat bike tyre and Filip was very helpful and willing to pump my tyres and fixed the angle of the stem as well. I had no idea about bikes and he showed me how to pump my bike's tyres to the correct pressure and gave me appropriate advice about my bike. Thank you so much for all your help!

Very pleasant experience, I've got a bike with its seat seized and the staff were quick to identify and attempt to fix the issue and give out tips and observations along the way. On top of being helpful with the issue I had they fixed my bike seat along the way that I had not secured properly. 10/10

Great, friendly advice, again. I've bought 3 bikes from Alpine Bikes. The first was such a good experience I've been back ever since until I recently bought a 2nd hand trek online. I had a query about the frame and they let me come down immediately even though they are really busy. No charge for their service and great advice as always. It would be great if they did part exchange!

My old bike was stolen so bought a second hand one and all was great with it until I thought I would get it a once over for the summer , was advised by alpine Aberdeen my bike needed a new chain, booked it in for silver service and was told I would receive a call on the morning advising of any work needing done and a call when bike was ready, never heard anything so called shop next morning to be told my bike was ready. On collecting the bike I was advised it needed a new chain and possible cassette , the very reason I had booked it in for the silver service which includes these parts being replaced and wasn't done because they never had chains in stock front and rear gear cables had been replaced, I was not happy my bike was now grinding and not changing gear correctly and felt if they never had parts to do the service my bike should have been returned so I could have went elsewhere or waited. Finally got new chain fitted by alpine, again no call to say it was ready , and still it was not changing gear correctly on front rings and am now getting chain suck, emailed them my concerns but nothing back, they weren't happy at me asking when the service was going to be completed to start with, and since the service has been paid for they are not interested in my concerns, am stuck with a bike that's now extremely unsafe to ride and over £100 out of pocket for the experience, since I know nothing about bikes ( the reason I trusted alpine) a friend has had a look to see why it wasn't changing gear and he has tightened the cable that had been replaced and it now at least shifts gear with some effort in front chainring, and has suggested that it's possibly the wrong chain that has been fitted by alpine, but would have thought having paid for silver service which alpine recommend all these things would have been done properly and correctly but obviously not the case with this workshop , have now lost all confidence in this bike and do not feel safe riding it, it is not cost effective to spend anymore money on bike and wish I had never bothered putting it here for a service, which I hoped would give me peace of mind for riding safely for next couple of years, alpine bikes have single handedly ruined my enjoyment of taking my bike out and turned a perfectly safe bike into a dangerous one, maybe the good reviews come from those with high end bikes and not those with cheaper second hand bikes but my experience has been terrible with this company and am left with a bike I now can not stand the sight of as the thought of using it frightens me, I would not recommend , you live and learn by your costly mistakes and this has been a very expensive lesson for me, being left both out of pocket and having a bike that's not safe to use
