Andrew & his team just amazing also the staff Rachel office in bridge of don who put me in this direction ๐Ÿ‘ I would โค say we need more funding & classes like this in our community a real lifeline & gave me hope for the future i am only in my 40s & through illness & disabilities i had to give up work & the sports I enjoyed but what kept me going was the people I have helped in my lifetime & this was the first class that suited my illness & disabilities to move my body & also fun & ๐ŸŒˆgreat to get out of the house meet new people able to stretch I was looking for quite a while for something that would help with my illnesses ๐Ÿ  thank you sport aberdeen to give a real lifeline through illness & disability just amazing.๐ŸŒˆโœจ๐Ÿ’™

Decent little gym. Only problem is, it's very small so even at medium busy times, even with the restricted numbers in the current climate, it's difficult to get on machines. Very frustrating when people are hogging benches, especially.

Great value for money for good gym facilities. Good for me as I tend not to go too often. Changing facilities minimal and no swimming pool or sauna. Classes every day come free with membership. Been to two and on one of the occasion trainer did not turn up. However I did notice some classes are very popular.

Very freindly staff and the facilities are ok. I would no longer attend the gym there as under 16 are banned from using weights and I feel like that defeats the purpose of going to the gym. You go to a gym to access equipment that you don't have at home, so what is the point in going to a gym where you are still only offered limited recourses? Jesmond Centre gym is not a bad gym but would not recommend it for under 16.

A small gym but is packed with equipment, they have a large variety of classes and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I personally hate exercise but I enjoy visiting Jesmond.
