Absolutely disgusting taxi company, taxi turns up with sick in the back. Left telling us there will be another taxi in the way 30 minutes later and two calls later they tell us nothing and that nothing has been dispatched. An hour later we call still not be dispatched so had to cancel our night plans as there was no taxis available. Would strongly recommend you don't use this taxi company. When we did cancel and said why they said ok and hung up on us so don't even care about there customers. Horrible company

Horrific. We booked a cab at 12:40ish for a cab to come at 1:00am. We completely understood that it may take slightly longer to arrive so we waited another 15 minutes after 1:00am. We called at 1:10 and were told the cab was in the area. We wait another 20 minutes, no cab arrives and we call again ONLY to be told no drivers were available. Without us calling or me manually cancelling the cab, I went on the app and it had already cancelled itself. First and last time using this service.


Ordered a taxi on the new app and was called from comcab and asked after waiting half an hour if we still needed a taxi, said we were and they said a taxi would be with us in 5 minutes but needed a fixed address. Gave an address and they said they would be with us in 5 minutes. 50 minutes later still no show, called the taxi company and was told there was never a taxi on the way and didn't know what I was talking about. Said I'd be better waiting in a taxi rank as it would be quicker. This is 1 1/2 hour waiting. Absolute shambles

I forgot my phone on the back seat of a taxi, tried to phone the despatch to let the lady know that the phone was there, I could still see it on google maps that it's still in the car moving. The response was a joke!!!! The woman got so frustrated to me asking to contact the driver. Called 3 times,every time assured by the despatch that the driver got notified about this, the driver said she didn't get anything. My brand new phone was stolen and never got it back. I won't ever recommend this company. They have no idea what customer service is or how to be decent human beings!

My friend booked a taxi in advance to drive her home from my house. The taxi was over 1hr late, phoned the company to check the situation when 40mins late and was met with a very rude assistant who was extremely unhelpful eventually got a dispatch message after 1hr and 20mins awful customer service would never use again.
