Dealt with lovely chap Allan Bell Sent me video of car very quickly that I was looking at & very interested in. Put £99 holding deposit on car as Allan explained it would reserve the car until my arrival from Edinburgh and if I was happy seeing & test driving the car then buy which I was more than happy with. Allan was polite & informative throughout the process but unfortunately I had to cancel. I’m just off the phone to Allan as my refundable deposit was still not returned but in their defence it’s hard to refund £99 when I never gave them my bank details so they could deposit the money. My mistake! Not a problem as Allan has bank details now and deposit will be returned in 5-10 days. Very pleasant man and totally understanding of my cancellation. Now the reason I’ve given it a 4 star rating was on calling to cancel and Allan was off that Saturday I talked to another young chap who really wasn’t that interested in my questions plus I could hear folk laughing in background which I must admit got my back up and the chap really wasn’t interested or helpful in any way whatsoever which is not good customer relations and if recorded you will understand why! (Saturday 18th December AM, sorry cannot be more precise on the actual time but you should listen to it for training purposes. The lad needs some training in customer relations) Anyway that trivial part aside I would recommend Motorchoice Aberdeen & ask for Allan Bell as this gentleman was very helpful and very informative/knowledgeable on cars he was selling & no hard sales tactics whatsoever. Great selection of quality used cars at reasonable prices. Maybe on my next car purchase? As I will definitely look at their extensive stock. Thank you Alan.

Just bought a RR Sport SVR from this dealer and the level of customer service was exceptional. I dealt with Adam Layton who was first class - he always kept me up to date and well-informed on delivery dates etc. The vehicle was fully prepped and valeted on delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealer to family and friends.

Avoid. Cars never prepared despite paying the balance in full before viewing. Came from London so didn’t wanna go home empty handed. If it was a local dealer like 50 miles away we would have walked away. Poor customer service. The manager didn’t have any management skills. Knocked the price down on the part exchange. Avoid like the plague. I have reported this company to watchdog too. Save yourself a trip and buy elsewhere. PS: All the cars are full of bird droppings and the the clear coat is marked. Needs a full machine polish to fix.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM! VERY BAD AFTER SERVICE!. Got a second hand car from Motor Choice Aberdeen in May 2021. the salesman savvy Michael Rennie sold this Ford car & after a week when I used the spare car key it broke. I went to him & he said he repaired it. But it only opened the door not start the engine. I went back & they told me to go to the service place but till today that is 5 months after I bought the car the key is not sorted & they said it was not their problem. Once the car is sold what happens it not their problem that’s what was the final answer. After many phone calls I dropped it . More for my peace of mind. Never ever buy from them my recommendation to my friends
