Excellent service and wow the bags and watches are my favorite. Quality leather and fabric sewn into the purses to keep your cards safe ...they think of everything. I had been looking for the perfect watch for 16 years kidding and I gasped when I saw it ...I bought two and love them. Keep up the great customer service ...thank you


Poor service, inexperienced staff, no manager available, no customer-manager interaction After my Fossil Venture Q of 15 months old failed, and I took the half hour drive to the shop in Union Square, I was offered to come back the next day because I had just missed the manager. The watch back of the case separated completely and had water ingress because of the mechanical failure. Clearly a manufacturing issue, and where Apple will give you a new one on the spot, Fossil wants you to come back and waste even more fuel and time on their faulty product. I made the staff aware that I wanted a solution and not a lengthy repair process. I offered to leave the watch for the manager to cal me back the day after. The next day I was called by another inexperienced employee who was instructed by the manager to call me and let me know I would be without a watch for 6 weeks. Because they had to send it to France for repair. As if that is my problem I responded. Which it ended up being.... After I clearly expressed that I wasn't happy with that solution and gave the Apple service as an example for guidance, I was met with silence. I can't blame the employee being told what to do. I do blame the manager who seems to be to busy. Not busy being in the store, and not being on the phone dealing with clients with failed Fossil product. Busy with what then...not with customers! Completely wrong priorities but my future business will no longer go to Fossil Aberdeen. Thanks to you, shop manager.
