I haven't used the service or parts department but bought a Renault van from David Lindsell and received excellent service. I changed my mind about the details (part exchange etc) several times and nothing was too much trouble, no hard sell for any extras, collected me from the station and followed up a couple of times to make sure I had no problems or questions about the van.

I would never buy car or van or get them to work on a car as customer safety comes last staff are rude my van went in 5 or 6 times for the same fault the van had only done 8000 miles from new I had told them many times there is a smell off carbon monoxide fill to cab of the van and it was going through a 1lt of oil per 1000 mile I was told this is normal had to take it to another dealer and they found as pictures showen van was unsafe to drive had my youngest being sick in van with the smell of the carbon monoxide in van after many emails and phone call to complain all I got was should of taken it back to them to fix it no even a sorry from them for what they put me and my family though ... had to give 1 star as would not let me post with no star that they deserve

I have my car serviced here. The staff are all very good. I have twice dropped in just with A car problem. Both times they Sorted the problem and showed me how to correct the minor problem. No charge. Perfect service.
