Actually quite a vibe and was quite impressed. From what looks like old wine cellars you have three long arched cellars two with bars in and the third with a dance floor and DJ. Great underground atmosphere, £5 Entry, cheap drinks and overall great little nightclub. Would recommend if you’re out late in Bath!

Not even worthy of 1 star! Really really disappointing experience and really lacks important communications when booking. We booked a VIP booth back in November for our Christmas party. When booking this particular package it was stated, fast track entry was included in the price. Some other table options stated a minimum spend on the table on the night so we chose a table which did not have a minimum spend. A few weeks after booking we contacted the fb page to ask what time last entry was and to send over a copy of the confirmation. The response was "I can see you have not bought tickets for the event, just the package". There was no mention of having to purchase tickets on top of the package. The issue was not having to buy tickets but the fact this was not stated anywhere and was only told to us as we happened to message to confirm entry time. This should definitely be made clearer for people when booking. We did at this point purchase tickets. Unfortunately this was not the end of our experience. 5 hours before we are due to be at the club, we receive a text stating there is a minimum spend of £130 for that booth and we have 2 options, to pay the remaining £50 on the door or get a refund. We have had this night booked since November and we are being told 5 hours before we are due to attend that there is going to be further cost! There was absolutely no mention of this on booking or in the weeks leading up or on the confirmation. There were tables that stated a minimum spend but this was NOT stated for this booth. How can this be allowed? Again, had we been informed in advance this would not of been a problem but to be told on the night 5 hours before we are due is just out of order and from a business perspective is really poor. We rang the number and the lady we spoke to said she would speak to the manager and get back to us which she did and said they would waiver the minimum spend however by this point we were so fed up with the messing around that we did not even want to go anymore so requested a refund. The lady stated that as they have only been open a year things are constantly changing but to change the circumstances 5 hours before is awful. Customers should be given complete transparency of what they are booking and paying for in the initial instance! We will definitely not ever be going here and DO NOT recommend!!! Edit - I have attached the images of what is stated when trying to book a booth, as explained, when booking booth 3 there is NO mention of minimum spend! As per your response, we had already purchased entry tickets.

My niece had a trial shift here last week and I am disgusted and appalled at how she was treated by the leadership team. One member of staff in particular berated her in a hugely intimidating and demeaning manner, on any shift this is unacceptable but especially given that it was only a trial I consider this to be beyond the pale. This issue should seriously be addressed for future applicants.

Best nightclub in Bath. Not too hot or too packed and the management were really nice and helpful when I was organising a birthday night here.

Awful kicked my freind out for no reason because they couldn't see the stamp on their hand because of the colour of their skin. Bouncer didn't even check and immediately kicked him out. Don't go here students.
