The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant was probably the worst I've experienced in a Premier. There were only three food offerings on the menu. When the food came, it was absent several items listed on the menu. There was only one dessert offering, which is fine if you like lemon drizzle... This wasn't the staff's fault, it was a decision to save money by the upper management...or not as the case may be.

Unfortunally, when trying to pay online, somehow the homepage refuses my Mastercard Debit card and the only option for now I would have is to book by phone, but there is a morecost of 30% extra, which is like 100 pounds extra for what? Even if I am generally willing to stay in this hotel, I leave this review in the meanwhile for the "flexebility" they are showing towards guests.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The family rooms are spacious and the staff are amazing. The breakfast was a bit slow because of our large numbers, but the staff were really helpful and eventually we all had good breakfast. Apart from the lack of parking on site (resolved by having paid parking a few minutes walk away) I cannot think of anything negative to share about this hotel. 😀

Room was exactly as expected and bed was really comfortable. So why only 2 stars ? The breakfast was appalling. We turned up at our allocated time and the hot food counter was almost empty, ran out of brown bread, milk for cereal was empty, no croissants and the fruit salad was laughable. If the ladies who were the serving staff were not so helpful it would have been 1star. Would I recommend ? Not on that performance

When I arrived I checked in with no issues, the staff was nice and helpful. My room was on one of the top floors and I had a nice view outside the window overlooking the river. The window could not be opened so had to rely on air con but it did the job, so it wasn't that bad. The room itself was clean, bed was super comfy. There was basic necessities available like kettle and hair dryer, other things were available upon request. The only negative thing I would like to mention is that prior booking I read on the website that the check in time had been amended from 12 pm to 4 pm due to more throughout cleaning procedures in place, which is understandable but!when I got to my room the first thing I wanted to do was to take a bath and when I leaned over the bath tub to have it prepared the whole tub was covered in hair and generally was not cleaned. I'm not the type of person to complain so I cleaned it myself but I can't help but wonder if the room is not being cleaned properly then why make customers wait longer? Overall I have nothing to complain about, I enjoyed my stay and thank you to all the staff members!
