The whole process from booking to completing the journey was effortless. The ferry was very clean and staff amazing. On the outward journey we used the Club lounge which we really liked. comfortable chairs, beverages as required. On the return journey we had a superior bedroom. It was great. Only downside was the quality of the food in the Restaurant, which lacked a bit

The journey to Guernsey was fine. The return journey was cancelled due to "bad weather" even though the wind speed was only force 4 and the sea was relatively calm without any breaking waves. This is supported by the Weather Reports from Coastal Stations which is part of the Shipping Forecast. The earliest return that Condor could offer me, with my car was seven days later, so I had to fly back to the UK, then I will have to fly back to Guernsey the following weekend to come back with my car. Total costs will be air fares £130, taxi from airport to home £65, taxi for medical appointment during week £50, taxi back to airport £65, car-parking fees at Guernsey airport £25. TOTAL £335! This does not include any charge for inconvenieince or lost earnings. Beware the original return ferry fare was only £250, but the journey will end up costing me £600 and Condor are not interested in helping with the additional costs. What a rip-off. Even though I have family in Guernsey I will NEVER use this ferry company again.

Sailing was good and on time. Comfortable. A few minor irritations, of administrative nature, eg wrong code for club class lounge, odd email received day before sailing etc.

Jersey to Poole on Saturday 16th Oct left on time or even a little early. Smooth crossing but that's down to the weather more than the boat. Car deck staff were helpful and efficient. Usual, in my opinion, high prices for basic small portions of hot food. Getting off done smoothly and surprisingly quickly with the number of cars. I saw plenty of people with their own boxes of food and even flasks of tea or coffee. Captured market.

A good journey. Uneasy about a good percentage of passengers not wearing masks to cover nose and mouth and not apprehended by cabin staff or officials.
