Sitting in Specsavers in Poole whilst my 80 year old neighbour has a hearing test. The audiologist has been interrupted 3 times by members of staff within the space of 10 minutes. Come on guys you should know how difficult it is when you have an hearing impairment especially when you're elderly. Have a bit of respect and empathy. Simply not good enough!

After reading a few reviews I will not be using Specsavers. In your favour you have more good than poor reviews. NOT ACCEPTABLE for me; is negative or even a subpar review are treated so differently to a good review. You have customers taking the time to give you freedback (invaluable given this helps drive customer engagement). You then ask then to please repeat what they have already given on your website. My guess… your digital solutions will capture this data if the customer does this, because whoever is managing these is too lazy to do the data input? Only ONE negative review had an appropriate response in my opinion. An apology with easy routes to just provide contact details. So the only additional effort is to go to any specsavers social pages and DM to provide a contact detail for somebody on the team to respond to. I’m still not happy though…. DO YOU KNOW THE LINKS YOU ARE PROVIDING ARE NOT ‘live’. YOU CANNOT CLICK ON IT TO FOLLOW ANY JOURNEY FROM HERE - Yikes 😱 I believe the latter handling as correct. Customer first, good experience, easy experience. Do you like to repeat yourself to several ppl in an organisation if you are experiencing an issue? Lastly…. The person who gave a phenomenal review was not asked to please do this again via a webform you ask all your negative reviewers to complete. Why is this treated differently? The review didn’t have a name you could search to narrow it to a customer. No staff name mentioned, so couldn’t narrow it on that. So how was it possible you could cascade that fantastic review to the team working with this customer on the day? Your good reviews are as important as your bad reviews. If staff are only bolloked / investigated on the bad, how is the business driving good staff engagement, retention and knowing who deserves praise and potential opportunities to grow. Put me off using your brand completely, and working for your brand - given I was in the process for data to support customer engagement and brand engagement. Eek! Not great guys! I’m only writing this, to show you how important your reviews are. PEOPLE DO CHECK!!!

Never have had an problem Specsavers true to word any problem it's sorted out straight away. My glasses needed returning for adjustments on lenses they told me about two weeks but only 5 days later I get a text stating they are ready
