After going to two other piercing studios in the area and having bad experiences, I was so relieved to find White Flame. Everyone is so welcoming from the moment you arrive and there's a level of friendliness that makes the experience so much better. Lula has been helping me with piercings that I had done at another studio for a few weeks now and is so thorough, professional and kind - she takes the time to explain options and possible outcomes, and always gives recommendations based on what she would do if it was her piercing. It's so clear that she has lots of experience and knowledge of piercings and I wouldn't ever go to another studio now that I've had Lula consult on my piercings. She has so much empathy and genuinely cares about the healing process and aftercare journey, even for piercings that she didn't even do. She's friendly and easy to talk to which puts you at ease even if you feel anxious about your piercing. She is so reassuring and checks in a lot with whether anything hurts, and tells you what she's doing before she does it. My experience of having my jewellery changed there was miles apart from at other studios - she is swift and gentle with the process and has the dexterity to complete it with minimal pain even though my piercings from the other studio are problematic and not the easiest to work with! I honestly just can't get across how great the vibe of the studio is in general, and specifically how caring and helpful Lula and Cindy are in dealing with piercings. Because I'm having trouble healing my piercings from the original place, I haven't been pierced here yet but because of White Flame restoring my faith that it's possible to get pierced in a safe and precise way, I want to get more piercings when I can and would only ever get them done here from now on.
