So far, very disappointing. I ordered a fruit box via their website. When it arrived the contents were bruised and battered because of how badly it had been packaged. I contacted their customer service email twice about this and I didn’t receive a response. I called up and there was no answer. I’m still waiting for them to get back to me, not a good experience.

Organic Earth is a relatively new store, but I am now a regular customer because I absolutely love it! They stock a wide range of organic food & drink, supplements and personal care items and they are clearly very selective with what they source - everything is natural, ethical and sustainable. This means that the product quality across the store is consistently high, with healthy food everywhere you turn, unlike supermarkets. Also, you know you're doing your bit for the environment when shopping here. I like how this extends to the plastic bags, which are also eco friendly - made from recycled plastics and bio-renewable material. Organic Earth isn't just a store though - they also have their own cafe on site. For me, the coffee here is the best in Hove and better than any high street cafe. It also has a great atmosphere and lots of character. The staff are very friendly and chatty. It looks like they all really enjoy their jobs, which is refreshing, and they always make you feel very welcome. It really is the type of place that I want to stay in for a long time and return to regularly. And to top it all off, the prices (in both the store and cafe) are very reasonable and highly competitive, especially considering that everything is organic and natural. In summary, this store is a breath of fresh air and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. If I could give it 6 stars I would! :-)

Kicking myself for not knowing about this place sooner. Can't speak for the cafe (although the salad pot selections looked great) but the shop range easily rivals Infinity in town. Got everything I needed and then some! As others have said, the veg isn't cheap compared to a supermarket but completely in line what you always have to pay in a smaller store. Slightly more expensive than Tescos but less air miles and you're supporting a local business so overall totally worth it for the occasional shop.

This is such a beautiful shop offering an amazing range of organic quality produce and their cafe is lovely, too. Try the flat white in coconut! Plus their baked goodies are made in house. The staff are super friendly too. One of the best shops and cafes in Hove 🥰
