The showroom is great to get some inspiration and see the furniture, but the stock is quite poor, a lot of items missing and the organisation in the warehouse could be improved as well. Just to name one thing, when looking for a product on the computers you should show the out of stock ones as well saying that they are out of stock, not just show half the things you can see on the IKEA website.. Anyway, you can still find some good deals and considering how many aisles the warehouse has it’s good that you can see where the different products are from the computers they have there.

I had the unpleasant experience of visiting my first Ikea. Iv never seen food served in such disgusting unhygienic place. The tables the floors the prep area it was all sickening and I'm not exaggerating. I approached a member of staff and highlighted my concerns and he shrugged his shoulders and said 'so' I couldn't believe it. All of this on top of the situation with covid. The place should be shut down.

Didn't feel covid-safe instore. The cafe was better although that might have been because it was early for lunchtime. Going around the store though there were areas with no spacing at all, although at least everyone I saw was wearing a mask. I wish I could have seen online where the stuff I wanted would be found in the collection area, would have saved having to be unnecessarily near people

IKEA does exactly what you expect in that you have an idea what you want but you end up with a trolleys worth of useful items and you don't feel bad for buying any of your purchases. Also, nice restaurant. Recommended for a day out but be prepared to spend more.

Lunch at Ikea after browsing.. Superb ... Friendly staff.. Wholesome food.. Calm vibe in the hustle of the city.
