We were so glad that we got the chance to visit the Cathedral and learn its history. I would recommend taking the audio tour. We were able to get to the top, but be advised you need to climb 528 staircase to get really nice photos. Don’t forget to ask about Harry Potter spiral staircase 😉 and they will provide you a lot information about it.

My first time in this cathedral and wasn't disappointed. Would've liked to do the upper gallery but its only open on certain days, but did do the crypt underneath. Given a handset with information on the guided tours also very helpful staff who were very knowledgeable if you had a question. Overall experience, great.

Very pretty cathedral. A guided tour is very good. Inside as well as outside is a must see. The building has all different faces from different angles. I can't take enough pictures of this beautiful building. It is also visible from The One New Change shopping centre and from the Millenium Bridge.

The cathedral has an important place within the psyche of many Londoners and it is a great place to visit. It is quite expensive but they do have to fund the upkeep. The view down the nave with the great ceiling decoration is worth getting in early for. There is access to the upper levels via a spiral staircase and you can tour the outside although the inner whispering gallery is currently closed. After the first morning service that finished at 09:00 the organist continued to play for another half hour and that sounded fantastic.

The cathedral is as beautiful as you would expect for a European church from the 17th century. It is adorned with art and sculptures that are obviously well taken care of. I am not Christian but their service was still worth staying for. If you are willing to pay to enter, I would say it is well worth the cost and the money goes into upkeep.
