If you want vist, you got to book so don't go on the upstanding you can walk in .appointment needed. ☹ so that another thing to not watch any more .sorry drew. Maybe when you are on TV say YOU MUST HAVE APPOINTMENT, AND STOP GOING ON ABOUT PEOPLE BUYING SMALL ITEMS.

Really enjoyed the visit to the shop, we booked it in advance as we had planned a trip to Snowdonia and Anglesey so took the opportunity to see Conwy as well. As someone who regularly watches Salvage Hunters I was looking forward to the appointment and have to say wasn't disappointed as David was very hospitable, he recommended we visited Nefyn Bay in the afternoon which we did and truly loved. The shop looked great and we took our time to browse around, I ended up buying quite an interesting piece which will go in my man cave once completed.

I visited the shop today and had booked prior to my visit. The gentleman made me feel very welcome and was very helpful. A true Yorkshire man in Wales. I didn't purchase any of the amazing antiques but I did purchase one of their baker boy hats. I thought there would have been more walk out items but not this time. I still enjoyed looking around there were some amazing antiques

He is knowledgeable and it's good that he cherishes old things but I'm not happy to see him bargain hard with VOLUNTEERS at a not for profit historical organisation. Pay them a fair price. They give their time and energy for free to preserve history and you shouldn't be ripping off not for profit organisations.

Sadly Dissapointed. As avid watchers of Salvage Hunters, on a holiday in the area we decided to go and visit the shop. By appointment only at the moment which is fine, we were really excited to finally go and see for ourselves the hub of activity open to the public. As it was our 1st Wedding Anniversary we had promised ourselves a walk out item from the shop in commemoration. There were no walk out items! Drew always puts emphasis on having interesting walk out items for the shop.....there was only a single angle poised lamp that was even close to walk out money! David the lovely shop manager said it was more just a showroom now. Everything although beautiful, was way out of our price range. It was lovely to see the lads bringing stuff in and they made us feel welcome, but sadly we left empty handed and disappointed we did not find that little something special to treasure for our anniversary. And it changed our perspective on the show which we is a real shame.
