We bought a Husqvarna garden tractor elsewhere. That firm did not register the sale and when , later ours should have been recalled for a gearbox problem we did not get recalled. Calderbridge chased this up, got it registered and got the warranty work done for us. A very good service and much appreciated.

I phoned as I have two mowers. The first is 14 months old I said the Self-Drive is not working could they take a look. No they said, we don't do that make! And would not have the parts. So then I mentioned my sit-on-mower, its the end of the season, its 9 months old and maybe it should be serviced ready for next year, oil and spark plug cleaned etc. It is a Murray. "We don't know, you have to ask your manufacturer if and when it needs servicing. If it does we can do it." They must be very busy to turn work away, I cleaned the broken mover and found the drive belt had come off. I fixed it back on, adjusted a pully and changed the oil. Its now working fine. So I did the same to the sit-on mower. They won't get called from me again, I will do it myself or find someone else who does want the work and has a decent customer service. As for not having parts? In todays world, every part is available to order on-line. I managed to order a new pull just in case I need one and can buy anything else I need. Its aa shame you can't be bothered to do the same.
