I come into this cafe fairly regularly and have found the staff always very pleasant and helpful especially the two young men. It’s nice to see young people who obviously enjoy their job and are very polite and helpful. My only criticism is the music which I feel could be better, maybe plain music without singing. Much more relaxing!

Having heard the bad press regarding this supermarket cafe, I thought I had to try it out myself. I had hot chocolate, and an orange juice, which were both nice. However there was only one member of staff (who was doing a great job), and the prices seemed high considering it was self serve, and self tidy up. I thought The cafe could have been a bit cleaner too. In short, it's not great, but it's not as bad as people are making out.
