Charged me 16.00 from shillingford st George to Lidl £16.00 But to the train station was £15.40 And to Aldi was 12.00 Someone needs to work out theses prices and stop ripping people off

Some of the staff are nice but there is a Welsh Lady who is mean and made my teenager feel very upset so he walked home alone despite me giving him money. We wanted to support this business as it was local but will not be doing so.

Daniel our wonderful Polish driver was lovely and great fun. He was booked through Uber and i really wish we had the option of leaving him a big tip (the app wouldn't allow) A top guy and a credit to Need a Cab.

Permanantly Disabled Person

I VERY STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY if the gentleman telephonist in Exeter does not answer an incoming call your call gets transferred to Plymouth the women telephonists in Plymouth are very rude and ubrupt and do not consider supporting disabled customers like myself with Autism and Spina Bifida. Apparently I have been barred for using their services for no wrong doing apart from defending myself and they will not say why and they have stopped people posting reviews on social media obviously dislike bad feedback they should not bar people for defending themselves against inappropriate behaviour from their staff telephonists and I see there is other bad feedback too from others. I use to say such pleasant things about this business online as Jeff Cross a driver in Exeter knows this as he has liked my friendly pleasant comments on Facebook. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SAY ANYTHING PLEASANT NOW. I will employ somebody else with my regular frequent custom. The female telephonists in Plymouth are rude and ubrupt and not supportive to disabled customers.

Should have been 0 stars!!! Ordered a taxi to collect at 11.30 and it never came and the lady in the office didn't really care. She said if I wanted a cab to come quickly I should have ordered with apple and hung up the phone on me and then cancelled my taxi after 30 mins of waiting. Terrible service and unreliable
