Lovely staff as always, qeueing is a bit annoying as they dont have a cashmachine where I can deposit my money into my account but still its very helpful nonetheless.

Usually in there to bank from our store. Was in the queue yesterday and, as always, the staff were wonderful. Rebecca kept everyone informed and as usual, she was efficient and professional.. I also needed to pay in a personal cheque and Karen was also lovely. Let's face it, they've kept going and kept us going. 5 deserved stars.

Bunch of liar's, claim to have paid your direct debits when in fact they put the money in after the cut off as they're bone ideal. Also they've closed their car park to customers for no reason what so ever, so now you have people parking all over the street and nearly causing accidents. Worst banking experience of my life.

Couldn't transfer money from my app as it was over the limit. Waited 5 minutes only to be told the cashier couldn't complete the transaction because I had to go in a different room? Waited another 10 minutes to which I was told actually they could complete the transaction if I had my driving licence. Absolutely shocking service.

Lady Nice

This branch is usually ok but yesterday I went I. As they charged me wrong for being over drawn, and fobbed me off, then I asked to cancel a direct debit, which I was told was done and I was told it would not go out, but it went out and I had to call the head office and they sorted it out as it WAS NOT CANCELLED.. so be careful with this branch BULWELL is much better from now on I will just use the Bulwell branch I never have any problems there, the head office Natwest also gave me a refund
